These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "User") and Ads Vantage Limited, operating the Visatoolz platform ("Visatoolz", "we", "us", "our"). Ads Vantage Limited is a company incorporated in Nigeria and operating the Visatoolz platform at visatoolz.com globally. By accessing or using the Visatoolz service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use Visatoolz.

If you are accessing Visatoolz on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and that your acceptance of these Terms constitutes acceptance on behalf of that organisation.
To access the document generation tools, you must create a Visatoolz account by providing a valid email address and creating a password. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:
Visatoolz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
Each individual user may maintain one personal account. Organisations wishing to use Visatoolz for multiple team members should use the Agent Credits tier, which includes agent dashboard access. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits or access restrictions is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Visatoolz is a self-service document generation platform. We provide tools that generate professionally structured visa application supporting documents based on inputs you provide. Current tools include the Bank Statement Analyser, Invitation Letter, Sponsorship Letter, Family Support Letter, Refusal Response Check, and Travel Itinerary. Additional tools may be added from time to time.

We aim to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or circumstances beyond our control may affect availability. We will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.
Visatoolz operates on a prepaid credit model. You purchase credits in bundles and credits are deducted from your balance each time you generate a document. No subscription or recurring charge applies. Credits never expire — your balance rolls over indefinitely until used.
Current credit bundle pricing is displayed on the Visatoolz pricing page at visatoolz.com/#pricing. The cost of each tool in credits is displayed before you confirm generation. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.
Payments are processed by Stripe (global) and Paystack (Nigeria). By making a payment, you agree to the applicable terms of the payment provider. We do not store payment card details. All payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers.
Credits are deducted from your balance only when you confirm document generation. A cost preview is shown before confirmation. Partial generations, failed generations due to platform errors, or documents you are not satisfied with are eligible for credit restoration under our regeneration and refund policy.
By using Visatoolz, you agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You specifically agree:

Breach of the acceptable use provisions may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
Document Outputs generated by Visatoolz are produced by an AI inference system (the VDIE) based on inputs you provide. Each document is unique to the inputs supplied. The quality, accuracy, and appropriateness of a Document Output depends directly on the accuracy and completeness of the inputs you provide.
You are responsible for reviewing every Document Output before use. You must verify that:
Visatoolz accepts no liability for errors in a Document Output that arise from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you.
Upon generation and download, you own the Document Output produced from your inputs. You may use it for the purpose for which it was generated (supporting a visa application) without further restriction. You may not resell, distribute, or commercially exploit Document Outputs generated from other users' inputs.
The Visatoolz platform, the VDIE prompt architecture, the Bank Statement Forensic Analysis methodology, the Visatoolz brand, logo, domain, and all software, content, and features of the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of Ads Vantage Limited and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Visatoolz platform without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all Input Data you provide to Visatoolz. By submitting Input Data to generate a Document Output, you grant Visatoolz a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that data solely for the purpose of generating your requested document. This licence does not extend to using your Input Data for any other purpose, sharing it with third parties, or using it to train AI models.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant Visatoolz a royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that feedback to improve the Service without any obligation to you.
Your use of Visatoolz is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key data principles:

Visatoolz uses third-party service providers to operate the platform, including payment processors (Stripe, Paystack), cloud infrastructure, and AI inference services. These providers process your data only as necessary to provide the Service and are bound by confidentiality and data processing obligations.
The Visatoolz platform may contain links to third-party websites, including embassy websites, government immigration portals, and blog content. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Clicking external links is at your own risk.
Visatoolz is a product of Ads Vantage Limited, which also operates No Agent Travel Guide (NATG). References to NATG on the Visatoolz platform are for informational purposes. Services offered by NATG are governed by NATG's own terms and conditions.
You may delete your Visatoolz account at any time. Account deletion will remove your profile and document history from our live systems within 30 days. Unused credits at the time of account deletion may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of account creation under our Refund Policy. Credits in accounts deleted more than 14 days after purchase are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:
In the event of termination for a material breach of these Terms, unused credits are non-refundable. We will use reasonable endeavours to provide notice before suspension where doing so would not compromise security or legal obligations.
Accounts with no login activity for 24 consecutive months may be flagged for closure. We will send advance notice to the registered email address before taking any action. Unused credits in inactive accounts will be refunded or forfeited as set out in our Refund Policy.
In particular, Visatoolz makes no warranty that:
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by contract.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ads Vantage Limited, its officers, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Visatoolz Service, including:
To the extent liability cannot be fully excluded, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the Service will not exceed the total amount paid by you to Visatoolz in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. If you are located in such a jurisdiction, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be waived or restricted by contract.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ads Vantage Limited, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or in connection with:

Subject to Section 16.3, each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Before commencing formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at hello@visatoolz.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of 30 days. Many issues can be resolved promptly through direct communication. This informal resolution requirement does not affect your right to seek emergency injunctive relief.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you may also have access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform and UK consumer dispute resolution schemes. These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under applicable UK law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:
